Please checkout the 6 Week Fitness Challenge Programs posted under the Physical tab, then click on Challenges. Scroll down to find the Challenge, description and click on the PDF file to download a copy of the four programs. The programs are: push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups and squats. They each have different levels so if you are just beginning or a professional exerciser you will find a level right for you!
