Hello Nighthawks and Friends!
I hope this note finds you well and staying active! Do you remember the importance of community and how it plays an important role in our learning at Osoyoos Elementary? In order to create a learning environment, we need a group of like minded people to come together to build a community in our school and classrooms. Especially now with distance learning we have to find new and creative ways to build community and stay connect. Thank you to Ms. Dvorack, Mr. Lewis and the rest of the Nighthawk staff for working to create that community with our Spirit Days! I hope everyone had a chance to submit their Nighthawk/Red shirt photo for last weeks Spirit day. The photos can be seen if you go to our school website https://ose.sd53.bc.ca/ click on our school, then OSE FaceBook. Once on the Facebook page you click on the Sharing Link Validation on the April 24 post and use the password nighthawks to sign in and see the slide show. This weeks Spirit Day photo challenge is to take a picture in your favorite PJ's! I struggle with typing in the right email to send the pictures to ([email protected]) so my photo didn't make it. Mr. Miller continues to work on his technology skills! My photos are below. Stay active and healthy everyone!
